3. Product Structure
The gas fired aluminum holding furnace is movable type, and is comprised of blower,
columns, transverse arms,
argon or nitrogen cylinder, control box, and stationary frame.
3.1 blower
The total length of the blower is 1m. It is mainly comprised of rotation shaft, shaft sleeve,
graphite rod, and graphite
impeller. The graphite impeller is installed below the graphite rod, and the latter is connected
with the rotation shaft bolt.
The blower can adjust its position based on the crucible height.
3. 2 transverse arm:
The transverse arm is 1.5m long, and is connected with the column. The transverse
arm is mainly comprised of cover and U-shape frame. The U-shape frame could greatly
increase the strength of the arm. The cover of the aluminum degassing refining machine
could keep the belt pulley from being involved with other things to ensure human and
machine safety.
3.3 column
The column of the aluminum degassing equipment is 2.3m in height. It is mainly
comprised of the motor, belt pulley, and straight screw for up-down movement.
The upper and lower limit level is electrically controlled. The arm can
move freely between 0.5 and 1.4m in height.
3.4 hopper
There is a hopper for loading the deslagging agent for the rotary aluminum degassing
refining machine equipment.
(Note: the single degassing machine doesn’t have this hopper)
3.5 control cabinet and frame
Stationary type.
3.6 argon or nitrogen cylinder is prepared by customer itself.
