Proleader has been focusing on manufacturing SPC flooring since its generation in 2016. SPC flooring, called rigid core vinyl flooring, like traditional LVT products, is made of stone powder, PVC powder, PVC stabilizers, and other environmental friendly powders. Because of its wonderful stability and vivid wood & natural designs, it’s widely used in both commercial and residential places, and it has the advantages like 100% water proof, pet proof, EO standard, Bf1 fire retardant, etc.
Why SPC becomes more and more popular and will replace a lot of traditional decoration materials for commercial and residential places? “Environmental friendly” is mentioned so many times when people talk about the advantages of rigid core vinyl flooring. Rigid core is composed of calcium carbonate and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). That is why it is called SPC (stone polymer composite).
Thanks to durability and waterproof performance, SPC flooring can replace traditional wooden flooring such laminate flooring and ceramic tiles. This has become the industry consensus. SPC floor itself is a cross-border product.
