In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective or damaged item during transit, we kindly request that you report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply ensure that the purchased item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt, maintaining its original (re-sellable) condition and packaging. Please note that refunds will be issued minus the cost of Postage & Packaging.
Should you encounter any faulty or incorrect item(s), it is imperative to return them within 30 days of receipt. The cost of return postage rests upon the customer, and we advise obtaining proof of postage in the rare event of non-receipt.
Most of our items come with a three-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects exclusively. This warranty does not extend to damage or mishandling caused by the user.
In the event that an item supplied by us develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to reach out to us via the eBay messaging system for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and further return instructions. Please ensure that the returned item is accompanied by the RMA number, a copy of the invoice, and a clear statement outlining the reason for return.
