The hot vulcanization jointing is equivalent to 60%-80% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself. ( Jointing with cold viscose is equivalent to 40%-55% of the strength of the conveyor belt itself; The buckle (mechanical joint) connection is only 28%-45%.)
 

 

 
The heating element of conveyor belt jointing machine is made of rubber coated resistance heating wire. Compare with ordinary heater, it's more stable and faster heating speed.
 

 
The pressurizing element - Water pressure bladder is made of rubber, compared with ordinary metal pressure board, it has more balanced pressure, no rusting risk, lower leakage rish and longer service life.
