Application:

The PVC/PU belt joint press machine is used for welding&jointing PVC/PU belt into endless belt, which can be used directly in factory.

2. Portable Conveyor Belt Splice Press, light weight and with flight case as standard packing, is easily removed to any where for job site use.
3. Fast Splicing: include heating time and cooling time, no more than 12min.
4. Temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF)
5. All in one design: The press has an integrated air-cooling system and also air compressor inside. To ensures that the belt is quickly cooled down and auto press on, without water pump or additional air compressor.

8. Reliable and automatic Temperature Control with time control. High quality Eurotherm controller.
9. Air pressure controller (set the air pressure and display the current pressure), High quality SMC controller.
10. Voltage: 220V or 380V, if special voltage pls freely to inform us, like 110V (only under 1200mm, include 1200) etc.
11. If used in workshop, pneumatic lifting steel stand is optional.
