Conveyor Belt Broken Hole Hot Vulcanizing Repairing Machine with 350 * 350mm Platen
Usage:
This machine is used for repairing broken holes on the rubber conveyor belt. Its heating plate size is 350*350mm which can repair max. 300*300mm broken holes. And the frame span is 1100mm, so it can be used on repairing 2000mm width rubber conveyor belt.

Conveyor belt repairing process:
1. Transfer machine to the repair site.
2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired (see the adhesive part in the vulcanization process of the belt joints, or the demonstration by our staff when the equipment is being tested).
3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
4. Place the down heating plate just below the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
6. Get the first power wire well connected to the electrical control box. Connect the second wire with the electric control box and the upper and down plates.
Note that it corresponds to the sign on the electric control box.
7. Turn on the electric control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
