Hydraulic Type Conveyor Belt Cracked Hole Hot Vulcanization Repairing Machine

Usage:

This hydraulic type conveyor belt repairing machine, also known as C-clamp spot repair vulcanizer, is an electric heating repair equipment for conveyor belt. During transportation, the surface of the belt may be damaged or pierced by the conveying material. Then the spot vulcanizing repair machine can be used to fix it .The machine consists of frame, two heating plates, an integrated hydraulic lifter and an electric control box. The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, it's small size, portable, safe and reliable. This machine is mainly applied to repair less than 300 * 300 dot damage.

Steps for usage:

1. Transfer machine to the repair site.
2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired (see the adhesive part in the vulcanization process of the belt joints, or the demonstration by our staff when the equipment is being tested).
3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
4. Place the down heating plate just below the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
6. Get the first power wire well connected to the electrical control box. Connect the second wire with the electric control box and the upper and down plates.
Note that it corresponds to the sign on the electric control box.
7. Turn on the electric control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
