Product Application
1. Steel Cord Belt Intermediate Rubber is an uncured rubber for hot vulcanized belt splicing.
2. It is designed to use as an inter-core cord rubber replacement material in splicing steel cord conveyor belts or a tie gum in fabric belts.
3. The material is designed to bond to cured intercore rubber and wire cords in all standard grade steel cord conveyor belts, as well as fabric belt cured skim rubber and general bond improvement material for general grade fabric conveyor belts.
The ZLJ sectional has uniform pressure bag and aluminum/steel bolt and high grade aluminum platens and beams with restraining system set as standard. Such belt splicing system designed to be portable and easy to set-up and remove from the site.
We can manufacture to all sizes and pressure up to 200 psi required for different fabric belts and steelcord belts.
Specification of Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Machine
1. Voltage: 220V 380V 415V 525V 660V 1140V 50HZ 60HZ(Customize available according to your requirement)
2. Quick water cooling device: 15 minutes From 145 ºCdown to 80 ºCor even lower
3.Cooling source: Water or Air
4.Heating source: Electricity
5. Heating time: from room temperature to vulcanization temperature need less than 20 minutes
6. Heating plate surface temperature difference: ± 1 ºC
7. The temperature adjustment range: 0 ~ 200 ºC(custom)
8. Vulcanization pressure: Max 2.5MPa.
9. Curing temperature: 0 ~ 99min (according to the thickness of the belt to adjust)
Usually 10mm~25mins, 20mm~35mins
10. Automatic mute pressure pump
11. Automatic control panel: insulating and waterproof, security alarm, Auto power-off when reach the vulcanization temperature.
Upgrading explosion proof control box option available.

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tiger,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
