Definition of ASVP Sectional Belt Vulcanizer Press
The ASVP-E Belt Vulcanizer Press sectional has uniform pressure bag and aluminum/steel bolt and high-grade aluminum platens and beams with high safety grade. Belt Vulcanizer Press designed to be portable and easy to set-up and remove from the site. We can manufacture to all sizes and pressure up to 1.8 Mpa or more required for different fabric belts and steel-cord belts
Rubber water pressure bag of Belt Vulcanizer Press
- Water pressure bag (also can use air pressure) Press for 100PSI, 200PSI surface pressure for textile and steel cord belts, Up to 1.8Mpa/2.0Mpa.
- 100 p.s.i.(7 kg/cm sq.) units mostly suitable for splicing fabric ply belting
- 200 p.s.i.(14 kg/cm sq.) units usually used to do steel cord conveyor belting
- Max Belt width: from 650mm to3000mm
- Different heating platen size and combination.
- Degree of the heating platen: 22 degree bias angle or 16 degree, 20 degree, rectangle and other degree is optional.
- Power Voltage: 380V. 660V. 525V480V. 440V. 415V. 400V or 220V
- Vulcanizing temperature:145℃ (adjustable 0~200℃)
- Temperature-rising time (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature): no more than 25 min, accords to different conditions, actually, normal conditions, is around 20 mins.
Belt Vulcanizer Press with Improved cooling system, when use pressure pump for cooling, cooling time only 5mins (cooling from 145 to 75 degrees)

- Pressure requirements (as our experience, normal is 0.8Mpa, for EP belts is 1.2Mpa, for steel cord belts is 1.4Mpa)
- Degree of heating platen (standard will be 22 degree)
Normal vulcanizer model sheet:
A=Length of platen along belt
B=Width of platen across the belt on the bias
C=Right angle dimension across the belt, plus edge overlap
D=Bias angle
E=Max Splice length
Note of Belt Vulcanizer Press:
- Specifications are subject to change without notice;

- 200 PSI models include fluid pressure pump and reservoir unit Model HPP20-4(mandatory for operating pressure above 100PSI/7 kg/cm sq);
- Temperature adjustable between 0-199deg.C;
- Sectional vulcanizers are built on a 22 degree bias, 16/20 or other degree are optional;
