Operation Instructions
Pressure Measurement Setup
- For pressure measurement: Connect hose to "High" end only
Negative Pressure Measurement
- For negative pressure: Connect hose to "Low" end only
Differential Pressure Measurement
- For differential pressure: Connect high voltage to "High" end and low voltage to "Low" end
Red Oil Filling Procedure
Red oil should not exceed the maximum fill line indicated. Use the twist knob to adjust zero and calibrate the instrument for accurate readings.
Installation Guide
- Install the differential gauge on a wall or vertical surface using screws through the two mounting holes
- Adjust the horizontal position until the bubble level is centered, then tighten and secure the gauge
- Turn the zero button counterclockwise until it stops, then turn clockwise approximately 3 times
- Fill the differential pressure meter with red oil through the liquid hole until it reaches near the 0 scale
- Calibrate to zero by adjusting the zero button when the gauge is stable and motionless
- Connect pressure hoses to appropriate "High" and "Low" ports based on measurement requirements
