Working Principle

This pressure gauge utilizes elastic deformation of sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows) within the mechanism. The pressure-induced deformation is transmitted through the movement mechanism to rotate the pointer, providing accurate pressure readings.

Critical Installation Requirements
  • Mount vertically using 17mm wrench - do not twist the case

  • Ensure vibration frequency below 25Hz with amplitude ≤1mm
  • Install with minimum 10mm clearance behind for overflow hole functionality
  • Position for easy operator visibility with dial not horizontal
  • Keep installation close to pressure measuring point for optimal sealing
