This pressure gauge utilizes elastic deformation of sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows) within the mechanism. The pressure-induced deformation is transmitted through the movement mechanism to rotate the pointer, providing accurate pressure readings.
- Overflow Hole: Safety feature that releases internal pressure during Bourdon tube rupture, preventing glass panel damage
- Pointer Options: Available in standard and custom configurations
- Glass Panel: Standard glass with options for tempered or non-reflective glass
- Performance Types: Standard, Steam (M), Heat Resistant (H), Vibration Resistant (V), and combined variants
- Surface Treatment: Oil-free/water-free processing for clean internal surfaces
- Throttle Valve: Reduces pulsating pressure at the inlet
- Mount vertically using 17mm wrench - do not twist the case
- Maintain ambient temperature between -25°C to 55°C
- Ensure vibration frequency below 25Hz with amplitude ≤1mm
- Install with minimum 10mm clearance behind for overflow hole functionality
- Position for easy operator visibility with dial not horizontal
- Keep installation close to pressure measuring point for optimal sealing
- Operate within 1/3 to 2/3 of upper pressure limit
- Add isolation devices for corrosive, crystallizing, or high-viscosity media
- Conduct regular inspections every three months
- Install front-end buffers and shut-off valves for maintenance access
- Use filters and stabilizers for dirty media or pulse pressure conditions
Six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal storage and usage conditions. Specify requirements for corrosive media applications when ordering.
