Working Principle
The DM-1000 DigiMag Digital Differential Pressure Gauge achieves ±1% full-scale accuracy on ranges down to 2 in w.c. and ±2% accuracy on ultra-low ranges from 1 in to 0.25 in w.c. The instrument offers power versatility, operating on either 9-24 VDC line power or a standard 9V battery. When both power sources are connected, the battery automatically serves as backup during line power interruptions.
Performance Characteristics
Long-term stability of ±1% FS per year ensures consistent performance over time. Thermal effects are minimized at ±0.05% FS/°F typically, with slightly higher values for ranges 1 in w.c. and below. The display update rate is fully configurable from 1 second to 10 minutes, or can be set to update only when manually triggered.
Construction Details
Constructed with glass-filled plastic housing and stainless steel components, the DM-1000 is built for industrial durability. It features removable terminal blocks for 16 to 26 AWG wiring and cable gland entry for 0.114 to 0.250˝ diameter cables.
