10-30Vdc Proximity Laser Photoelectric Sensors Banner Q4x Series
Banner Q4X series laser ranging photoelectric sensor Q4xTBLAF300-Q8 photoelectric switch sensor
Product description
Rugged, multi-functional laser ranging sensors are capable of detecting submillimeter range changes with exceptional performance.
- Switching quantity, analog quantity (0-10V or 4-20 mA), transparent object detection, available in 10-Link model
- Q4X600 high-resolution models can now provide analog output and higher excess gain to solve more application problems
- Reliable detection range up to 25 mm and as far as 610 mm
- Detects a variety of target colors, materials, and surfaces based on distance
- Dual teaching mode (intensity + distance) is ideal for error prevention applications, enabling transparent object detection without reflector plates
- Rugged FDA-grade stainless steel case with IP69K protection rating
- Easy Settings with response buttons
- Rugged design, resistant to mechanical shock, overtightness and extreme vibration
- The tilting four-digit display provides clear range reading

Features
Display and Indicators The display is a 4-digit, 7-segment LED. The main screen is the Run mode screen. For 2-pt, BGS, FGS, and DYN TEACH modes, the display shows the current distance to the target in millimeters. For dual TEACH mode, the display shows the percentage matched to the taught reference surface. A display value of indicates the sensor has not been taught.
Output Indicator
• On—Outputs conducting (closed)
• Off—Outputs not conducting (open)
Stability Indicator (STB)
• On—Stable signal within the specified sensing range
• Flashing—Marginal signal, the target is outside the limits of the specified sensing range, or a multiple peak condition exists
• Off—No target detected within the specified sensing range
