The rear conveyor wear plate (with a bend) is a critical wear-resistant component located at the rear of the paver's conveyor system. Its core functions are to guide the material flow at the end of the conveying process and to withstand intense impact and friction.
Location and Shape
The plate is installed at the rear bottom end of the paver's slat conveyor (or behind the auger).
It is a metal plate with a specific curved structure (a bend) at one axial end, hence the name "bend plate."

Guiding Material: When the conveyor chain delivers the mix to the very end, this curved plate directs the material smoothly towards the auger, preventing it from accumulating in dead corners.
