QC:AQL2.5/4.0 or 100% Full Inspection. We will send you QC reports if you required

3. Can I get a quote without drawings?
Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.
4. Will my drawings be divulged if you benefit?
No, we pay much attention to protect our customers’ privacy of drawings, signing NDA is also accepted if need.
5. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Sure, sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.
6.What will you do if we receive poor quality parts?
Please kindly send us the pictures, our engineers will find the solutions and remake them for you asap.
7.How to enjoy the OEM services?
Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.
8.Can you make machining parts based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for machining parts making.
9. Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
10.What kind of file can you read?
Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable,such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF,IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
11.What is your way of packing?
Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton
box, wooden case, pallet.
