1. Any product's safety measure that you can proof it is safe to use?
Our products have passed the Swiss SGS Test and China National Chemical Testing Center Test which is safe to use. All the SPC floors produces are environmetally friendly, as well as kid and pets friendly. Moreover, our products are all produced under strict surveillance of the QC Team. Thus, do not worry too much about the product's quality and its safety.
2. How many SPC flooring production base you possess?
We owned two production bases, one in Shaanxi, another in Zhejiang.
3. Do you offer samples?
Yes, however purchasers should bear the cost of freight or sea shipment.
4. How many days can you send samples to us?
Samples will be prepared within 10 days. It depends on the shipping methods.
5. What is your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T balance upon the copy of B/L.
6. How long is the delivery time?
Lead time is about 30-35 working days after receipt of 30% T/T payment for container order.
