SPC Flooring

The SPC rigid vinyl flooring is the new upgraded and enhancement version of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT). The main component of SPC flooring are natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride and stabilizers which fused by a certain ratio to provide SPC floor a very stable composite material. It is made up of six layers, consisting PVC Balance Sheet, fiberglass layer, PVC middle layer with unilin click, decor printing film with stunning designs, wear layer with super solid vinyl and the UV protecting layer.

1. Waterproof: This is one of the biggest factors in choosing an SPC vinyl as it is 100% waterproof, which means it can be installed in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and restaurants without worry.

2. Stability in Temperature Fluctuations: With the stone construction, an SPC vinyl core is more stable in environments with temperature changes, such as cabins, homes with AC units and homes with humidity fluctuations.

3. Appearance: SPC vinyl flooring can have a variety of looks, textures and styles. It will be hard to believe they are vinyls.

4. Comfort: The SPC vinyl floor is going to feel more sturdy and cushioned under foot than a traditional vinyl due to the dense core and thickness of the plank. A thicker plank will give you more comfort. Also, some SPC vinyls will have attached underlayment that adds to the softness under foot. If it does not have attached underlayment, you can opt for an LVT specific underlayment to install over the subfloor.

5. Sound: With the dense core, this plank tends to have a quieter sound. You will not hear a hollow sound when you walk on it.

1. Any production factory that you own?

Yes, we have two factories at the moment based in Zhejiang Province and Shaanxi Provice respectively.

2. Do you provide samples for reference before we can purchase the products?

Sure, we do have samples provided FOC, but there is a shipping fees incurred whereby consumers should pay for it prior to the sample delivery.

3. What is the cleaning method for my SPC flooring?

You may utilize non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film to clean up the floors.

4. How long should I wait after the SPC floors intallation before I can step on it?

You should at least wait for 24 hours and should not walk on the floor instantly after the installation.

5. How is the scratch be removed from my SPC flooring?

Deep scratches on SPC floors are not able be removed, but can only be concealed by rubbing a drop of thinner or baby oil over the scratches.
