   Varistors 7D681K series are semiconductor voltage limiting surge devices sintered from zinc oxide. They are widely used in electronic circuits for their excellent nonlinear characteristics and high surge absorption capacity. The products are mainly used for surge protection on AC/DC power circuits and all kinds of low frequency signals, control circuit boards and related lightning protection modules. The varistor voltage can be from 18V to 1800V, the same flow of the monomer can reach 70K[**] or even higher, the diameter of the body has φ5φ7φ10φ14φ20φ25φ32φ40φ53 and 34*34 square size.
