Precaution

1. When coating, the surface of the coating should be clean to avoid leaving oil and dust to ensure that the coating can adhere.

2. The coating material needs to be preheated to 70- 150℃, the insufficient temperature will affect the coating effect.

3. The spray thickness is about 15-30μm.

4. Boron nitride release agent BN-E10 has strong adhesion properties, and it has obvious lubricating protection effect without coating too thick .

5. After spraying, it can be used after drying (can be dried at 300 ℃).

6. The coating can be washed with water directly.

7. After drying, wipe off the dust on the coated surface with a soft cloth such as silk.
