The STATE-OF-THE-ART DIGITAL SPRING COILING MACHINE produces Bonell springs for mattress to a spring, knotted at both ends, heat treated and to be collected to an outlet channel. The coiler utilizes a fully integrated computerized Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and Servo control system, also with two CPU and high sensitivity touch screen to reach remote-control support. All machine functions include wire feeding length, heat treatment, lubrication and self-protecting are automatically controlled.

The Bonnell spring coiler specializes in producing springs for mattresses, furniture and seats for automobile upholstery etc. It integrates wire feeding, spring coiling, knotting, heat treatment and stacking mechanism in one. It consists of the systems for wire delivering, spring coiling, spring delivering, knotting, heat-treating and spring piling. The completion of all spring action output is operated by one person in a work cycle. Spring end-coil diameter, mid-coil diameter, height and wire diameter can be adjusted in a wide range.
The machine is easy to operate, high degree of automation, stable performance, the maximum speed up to 80 springs per minute.
