What is IR?

Why use a reflector?
Our emitters can be coated with gold or ceramic reflectors to concentrate heat and increase effectiveness. Coated emitters efficiently convert electrical power to heat. For high watt density or tube temperatures above 800°C, we recommend ceramic coating (resistant to 1000°C). We offer 180° (half-tube) coating or custom degrees.
