Power supply lines must not be bundled, as this increases overheating risk. The installed lines cannot withstand heavy vibration or cyclic movement. For moving lamps, power supply lines must be installed on terminals that move with the lamp.
- Gold reflector: Do not exceed 600°C to prevent damage
- White reflector: Do not exceed 900°C to prevent damage
Pinch seals and ceramic caps must not exceed 250°C. Overheating can cause premature failure and expose live parts.
Maximum tube temperatures: 700°C (shortwave), 800°C (carbon), 900°C (medium-wave emitters).
