Introduction
KHD-3 SIPM scintillation detector is generation γ-ray measurement device. Combined with lead chamber and Multi-channel Analyzer(MCA) to form Energy Spectrometer, widely used in weak radioactivity analysis field, such as building materials, food, geology etc.
KHD-3 SIPM scintillation detector’s advantage including compact structure, easy operation, low background, excellent energy resolution, stable output, high reliability, durability and high detection efficiency.
NaI-Detectors with SiPM and SiPM-1000 MCA are very low cost radiation detectors.

Built-in functions: Histogram, count rates, search, background subtraction and tracking, alarm, portal monitor, two-channel logger for passing vehicles.
Built-in gain-stabilization;
No dangerous high voltage.
Embedded 32-bit ARM processor for control and data analysis. C-code is secure and can not be read back.
C-code additions on customer demand.
Control and display software for Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi.

Notes:
1.Detector signal exceeds this value, a truncation will occur.
2. The amplitude of signal is usually less than 1V in spectrum analysis.
3.The value is measured when detector preheated for 10 minutes, the counting rate within 1000, total counting number is less than 105 in Cs137 peak. The resolution is related to the number of coupled SIPM, the more SIPM quantities, the better energy resolution.
