Description:
- Available in 1.8mm, 2.1mm, 2.6mm, 3.3mm and 3.96mm lead shielding equivalences. Higher ratings are available upon request.
- Uniformly dense and is a composition of high quality materials providing a dependable shielding value.
- Utilized for medical x-ray, gamma, alpha and beta photon shielding only.
- Not for thermal neutron or fast neutron shielding. X-ray lead glass will NOT shield against Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), electro-magnetism or radio-frequency, ultrasound, laser or any non-ionizing types of radiation.
In the medical field, leaded glass is also called medical X-ray radiation-proof leaded glass plate.
We can provide lead glass of different thickness, normal thickness from 12mm to 25mm, or provide customized size service.
The most common sizes are 200*300mm to 2400*1200mm.

Packing & Delivery
It will be installed and kept in a wooden box with foam shock absorbing sponge in the middle of each piece of lead glass.
Attention:
1. Lead glass is a brittle material with a large proportion, so it must be handled gently when it is moved.
2. When installation, the glass must be mismatched with the wall protection material to prevent radiation leakage at the joint.
