Corrosion Resistant Laser Marked Titanium Tool Kit for MRI Scanner Repair
Jovvi titanium wrenches (open-end, box-end, combination, and torque) are manufactured through a controlled process that ensures ≥90% titanium content and ends with permanent laser marking.
Raw Material:
Raw Material: Forged or machined from Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V bar stock with certified ≥90% titanium content.
Manufacturing Steps:

Laser Marking on Wrenches:

Location: Laser mark applied to flat face of wrench (non-contact surface)

Content: Size (e.g., “10mm”), “Ti ≥90%”, batch number

Additional marking for torque wrenches: N·m scale laser-engraved on beam
Torque Wrench Calibration Mark:
Each torque wrench receives a calibration date laser mark: CAL: YYYY-MM-DD. Re-calibration marks can be added over existing marks (laser overwrite is acceptable).
Quality Verification:

100% of wrenches pass through SQUID magnetometer

10% of each batch undergo torque testing to destruction (sample)
