Titanium Hex Key Tool Kit with Insulated Handles and Customized Logo for MRI Scanner Repair

Jovvi titanium hex keys are manufactured from drawn Grade 5 Ti wire, then bent, ground, and laser-marked. Each hex key is marked with size, composition, and batch number.

Drawn titanium wire – hexagonal cross-section achieved by drawing Ti rod through successive hexagonal dies. Wire composition: ≥90% Ti, balance Al/V.

• Location: On the long arm, near the bend (non-contact area)

• Content: Size (e.g., “3mm”), “Ti ≥90%”, batch number

• Ball end marking: “BE” added after size (e.g., “3mm BE”)

3mm Ti ≥90% | BATCH: 2409-HX | BE

• On shaft: Same as L-style

• On handle (brass or aluminum): Laser mark with size (color-coded handle also has size label)

• Laser marking may be too large for shaft – Jovvi marks the storage case slot instead

• Each micro hex key has a corresponding laser-marked position in foam case

• Laser mark on the 1/4″ hex drive end: size + “Ti ≥90%”

• Example: 4mm Ti ≥90%
