X-ray lead glass is made of high quality optical grade material. It provides excellent radiation shielding,

superb visual clarity, high light transmission and does not discolour due to radiation.

The hard, polished surfaces have excellent scratch resistance .

 1. Lead glass is a brittle material with a large proportion, so it must be handled gently when it is moved.

 2. When installation, the glass must be mismatched with the wall protection material to prevent radiation

     leakage at the joint.

 3. As lead glass materials are rich in lead and barium, lead glass is easy to be contaminated by acid and

     base,and is not easy to be installed or stored in a sour or humid environment.

 4. The surface of lead glass is more easily scratched than that of ordinary glass and should be handled

     with care.

Δ only use a sealant that is free of acids and alkaline substances (e. g. acetic acid, ammonia) during installation. Adhesive
labels can cause discoloration if the adhesive reacts with the glass surface.
