About stacking
Fill the container with water at a nominal capacity of 98%, the loading value on the container shall be 4600kg. The maximum allowable gross weight, and maintain for 24 hours at room temperature, with no fall, no deformation, and no leakage.
About load bearing
IBC barrels are equipped with iron frames to increase the load-bearing capacity. IBC tanks cubic, its clearance is very small after stacking which can save transportation
and storage space. 20%6 unusable space remained after stacking of round barrels.
About capacity
IBC filling port 150mm to realize quick and high flow rate filling, and 1000L can be filled or drained for one time.
200L round barrel's filling port is normally less than 70mm, the flow rate is just 1/5 of the IBC barrel.1000L
the volume will be respectively filled or drained 5 times.
