Instructions for use of IBC container
1. FILING
Before filling, the chemical liquid and IBC raw material should be made for chemical compatibility testing for the first time. Fill through the pipe with an external diameter less than 140mm. The temperature of hot filling liquid shall not exceed 70℃ Closuresshouldn't be screwed tightly until the liquid cooling to the environment's temperature.
2. DISCHARGE
Remove the cap of the IBCs and valve, then tear the aluminum foil. If using pipes for easy drain, set into the sealing cap and screw onto the discharge valve. Remove security screw, and open valve clockwise. Finished, close the valve anticlockwise limit position. and install the screw.
3. LIFTING
The IBCs should be lifted from the bottom. The listing from the top is forbidden. The IBCs could only be lifted when the arm of the forklift through the whole steel box. The IBCs should be stacked in line. Don't do the IBCs.
4.LOADING&TRANSPORTIONThe container or vehicles should be equipped with rigid walls or surrounding bars that are not lower than the height of the IBCs. Users should place proper cushions and take methods to fix every IBC.
