Main Features
Due to the high wastage of clamping force in conventional constructions, efficiency is only 80 - 85% and there is significant distortion of the moving platen, resulting in flying edges and wasted material and labour in trimming the flying edges.
OUCO has designed a central clamping structure that ensures 100% clamping force is used.
Not only does it reduce the possibility of flashing, but it also saves flash trim work.
Saves 2-5% of material while providing good protection for the mould, platens and tie bars.
10-20% longer opening stroke.
