Features of Two Template Injection Molding Machine

Two-plate mold (one-time parting mold):

Generally, it is divided into a fixed template and a moving template at the parting surface.

1. After molding, cut off the molded product and the sprue, and process it (such as: side gate, straight gate).

Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding-melting and plasticizing-pressure injection-filling and cooling-mould opening and taking parts. After taking out the plastic part, the mould is closed again for the next cycle.
