Product features and advantages
OC-550H is a model in OUCO standard fast series injection molding machines with the advantage of center clamping. It has high clamping force and deep cavity advantages and is widely used in the production of plastic deep buckets, plastic basins, plastic fruit baskets and other plastic products.
Center clamping structure:
The clamping force reaches 550 tons, and the center clamping structure of direct pressure and external curvature can make the clamping utilization rate reach 100%. The center clamping structure can evenly distribute the clamping force in the center of the mold, avoiding the displacement and deformation of the mold, which not only ensures the accuracy and quality of the product, but also effectively protects the mold and prolongs the service life of the mold.
Energy-saving power system:
The servo motor plus internal gear pump power system is used. The servo motor can adjust the output power of the oil pump according to actual needs to reduce energy loss. In addition, the hydraulic system of the internal gear pump enhances the power of the machine and effectively reduces energy usage costs.
High precision and easy operation:
Dual-cylinder injection technology is used, with fast injection response and high precision, ensuring a smoother and more accurate injection process and improving product quality; the electronic control unit adopts a computer control system with fast response, high control precision, easy operation, and multiple language versions, which has wider applicability.
