Mechanical Structure :
a.the machine mold is welded onto strong rectangular tubes and steel plates which ensure high srength for the additonal safety of the machine.
b.after heat treatment all mold frames are processed through sand-blasting , greatly improve corrosion performance and service life of the equipment c.Adopts three German gauge and safety valve for multi-safety protection.
Steam System :
Three ball valves ,compared to one big steam valve control system saves 20% steam ,with ISO-standard butterfly valves,which greatly improves stability and increases machine life.
Control System:
a.adopts PLC(Mitsubishi) and HMI(WEINVIEW) making operation easy. b.stroke is adjusted by the encoder controlled through the HMI settings , easy adjustment and high accuracy .
