The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters preheat the engine coolant to make sure the engines can have a smooth start at a surrounding temperature as low as -41°C. The HLN coolant heaters operate independently from the vehicle engines. Working together with the ingeniously designed smart timer, the heater can start automatically at the pre-set time, to warm up the engine even while you are asleep. When you are ready to start the day with your vehicle in the cold winter morning, it is already warm and ready to go. The compact design of the heater also makes it suitable for a wide variety of vehicles.

All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold environment tests is a standard process for the company as new lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C. In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly. In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.

The LCD controller panel

The controller of the 5kW water parking heater standard configuration is LCD panel. By which you can set the time of the heater to work previously like a clock.

The LCD screen can display the temperature, time, and working mode. It has three working modes:heating, air conditioning and ventilating.
