Tin can curing induction oven

The modular induction curing oven is designed to rapidly heat and solidify coated welding seams. It utilizes SPWM technology to generate vortex heating through A/C on the welding seam for curing. The oven can be designed in a linear or U shape to fit the workshop space. It features an HMI, PLC system, digital control technology, and an energy-saving mode.

An intelligent temperature controlling system can also be equipped. This oven is suitable for various can sizes and production lines, including food, beverage, aerosol, milk powder, and chemical can production.

The 3-piece tin can induction drying oven is specifically designed for can body making machine lines.

Its technical parameters include a 2-meter length of heater, a maximum of 12 heater coils, an input voltage of 220V ±10%, and an output power of 15kW.

The cooling water pressure ranges from 0.05-0.25MPa, while the induction distance is 5-20mm and the induction width is 35-40mm.
