Cans stuck protection system of this line is to make the production more secure. The internal & external grooved pulley design assures thee flanging more uniform and fast.

Welding line
Adopts sheet upward feeding to avoid double sheet issue. Can add additional storage platform for stocking the body blanks to enable machine continuously running and enhance productivity . With new innovated frequency inverter to make perfect welding seam. Internal and external roller coating machine is quipped with automatic lacquer feeding system to enable continuous operation. After roller coating , the lever-type mechanical brush can prevent the cylinder movement hit off the can bodies.
