Production Description

Industrial epoxy coated mesh is mainly used as the supporting layers of hydraulic or air filters, works as the main part of filter element. It is made of annealed low carbon steel wire or annealed aluminum wire through plain weave and epoxy powder coating.

XKT can also produce other materials (such as stainless steel, aluminum) and other colors (such as dark gray) epoxy coated steel screening according to customer requirements.

Features 

After surface treatment, the weaving wire intersections are fixed, the mesh holes are even and square, the warp and weft wires are vertical, not easy to loosen and deform, and the supporting force is strengthened. The mesh surface is flat and easy to pleat. The color is even and consistent. The specification and color can be customized

1.Tests approved oil resistance property : Our epoxy coated wire mesh passed multinational customers' critical tests. During the tests , the coated wire mesh was put into different well-known hydraulic/lubricant oil and with different high temperature.The wire mesh coating surface was not corroded after the tests. Thus our epoxy wire mesh was released and used for bulk production.

2.Perfect heating and pleating performance:Our in-house self-designed heating and pleating machine can imitate our customers' production conditions and parameters. During the tests our product can resist customers' production temperature and frequency, to make sure the pleated mesh-pack will not adhere.

3.Strong adhesion property: The surface coating of our epoxy coated wire mesh can pass the H grade pencil test,1kg/50cm impact test and scratch test.

4. High flexibility property: The surface coating of our epoxy coated wire mesh can pass minimum radius of 1mm bending test without breakage.
