Descriptions :
Extruder screen firstly is to wash the wire mesh , flatten wire mesh ,and then slit wire mesh as per the production requirement. After that, the slitted wire mesh rolls are sent to the punch or press department, where a suitable mold is set on the machine.The mold plays a vital role in producing High-Performance Extruder Screens.Extruder screens are then sent to the welding department where various screens are precisely stacked together and welded.and also directly to wrape frame in aluminum or stainless steel material .Due to the high tensile strength of the stainless steel, the screens can be cleaned and used multiple times till the aperture size is disturbed
Applications:
- The screens are placed on the extrusion machine’s breaker plate to filter the contaminations and other foreign particles from the melted plastic
- Polymer and fiber processing operations, including the recycling, film, converter, cast film, and food industries
- to keeps away mixing of foreign particles in finally equipped extrusion product and provide a clean and clear extrusion to use. Mainly used for filtration of plastics and rubber processing industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry
