It is made of spring steel wire (high carbon steel wire, medium carbon steel wire, manganese steel wire) and stainless steel wire. Screens with heavy duty coarse mesh are mostly used in quarries,which are designed to reduce the operating cost by effectively filtering, segregating and separating sand, gravel and quarry particles in a relatively short period of time.The wroking principle is through vibration of adjacent screen wire in random vibration to establish effective vibration difference.It has different hole shape or combinations for different usage.
