Crimped wire mesh , we have light duty and heavy duty crimped wire mesh , for mineral quarry screen , we normally used heavy duty wire mesh which own bigger load capacity . due to its applications , we also called it as mining siveing screen mesh , mine screen mesh , stone crusher wire mesh screen ,vibrating screen mesh , quarry screen mesh ,etc . We offer screen mesh in raw edge (plain edge ) , hook edge or with wrap plate edge . Heavy duty pre crimp mesh are manufactured in large wire diameters with stong structure .it can be weaved in roll or sheet .

Double-Crimp :This specification is also referred to as "Vibro Type Weave". Efficient and long wearing in a variety of applications Providing a level, smooth surface, the Smooth weave employs a type of rigidity interlocked crimp that insures maintenance of accurate, uniform openings. When used in the correct application, because of the level weave, there is considerable reduction of friction from material passing over the screen and, in many cases, far less wear from abrasion than in screens made with surface crimps.
Lock-Crimp:For light to medium wire in relation to screen opening size. Wire is locked in place for long wear and accurate screen openings for the life of the screen. This specification is also referred to as "Scalping Weave". Generally used in extremely heavy screen cloths and those with relatively small openings.
Flat-Top :Improves material flow with flatter surface than other weaves. Lock weave maintains accurate openings. Also called "Smooth-Top". Most
efficient weave for heavy-duty screens when ratio between width and wire diameter permits its use. As a general rule, opening width should be at least 5 times the wire diameter. It is extremely durable because each wire is locked in place to maintain accuracy of openings for the life of the screen.
Tri-Loc:Long openings will keep sticky or wet material flowing freely. Weave holds wires securely yet permits slight vibration to keep openings clear. This specification is often called "Triple Shoot".
Applications :

Applies to vibrating screens or stone crusher for sieving of mine and aggregates, as well as asphalt mixer plant in road building.

It also can be used in filtering and protection of petroleum, chemical industry and ocean industries with acid and alkali environment, making glass reinforce, various baskets for life and industrial use, art crafts, baskets used in the kitchen and therefrigerator.
