Extruder screens are an imperative part of the melt filtration process. It is used in plastic and rubber processing machinery to ensure a clean and viable extrusion. Our wire cloth screen for extruder filtration available in various materials, weaves all with a wide spectrum of micron ratings to suit different filter use.
- WELDED PACKS : multi-layer extruder screen packs are precision spot welded in-house and in sequence to provide the best filtration for your process.
- RIM-BOUND PACKS:We offer stainless steel or aluminum rims bound to multi-layer screens, increasing rigidity for better protection in high pressure processes.
- CYLINDERS: we makes cylinders to-order, with welded seams and ends or seam welds only, in a range of diameters and lengths
- CANDLE FILTERS:Candle filters provide large surface areas to maximize flow and small micron retention levels. ECS stocks 5, 10, 20 and 40 micron ratings.
- SPECIAL SHAPES:we offer round, eliptical, rectangle, and other special shapes. If we don’t have a die for your size and shape, we can make it.
- SCREEN CHANGER BELTS:Continuous belt screens used with screen changers allows extruders to run continuously. We provide the quality screens to achieve peak productivity.
