Continuous filter belt screen , the material we always use is high tensile strength of stainless steel or brass or copper clad steel wire . Our screen belt filter is furnished in rolls with a standard length of 10m. it mainly used for automatic and continuous screen changing in the polymer industry .
The weaving stype we have reverse dutch plain and twill . Normally the belt we adopt is reverse dutch twill weave ( RDTW or TDRW ) is similiar weaving to dutch weave except the warp and weft wire are reversed .The warp wire is smaller and closely spaced than the weft wire which is relatively is bigger .
