KPZ is the most rigid metallic wire cloth available and is used for extremely high differential pressures as well as for applications with the highest mechanical wear. The flow rate is comparatively low and this mesh is mainly used for filter leaves and as continuous filtration belts in extrudes. Apertures in this mesh vary from 500 micron to 55 micron.
Applications:
- It is suitable for the filtration of plastic wire drawing machine, casting film machine and film coating machine, such as plastic woven bag, plastic film and so on.
- In acid, alkali environment conditions sieving and filtering.
- Petroleum industry as mud mesh.
- Chemical fiber industry as screen mesh.5. Plating industry as acid cleaning mesh.
- Widely used in aerospace,cachinery,plastic products,research and plastic melt filter,molding machine belt type filter conveyor industries.
