Operation and Curing Guide
- Surface preparation: clean the glass and bonding surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants for full adhesion.
- Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the glass fixing area.
- Assembly: position and join the glass parts and remove any excess adhesive before curing.
- UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 800 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
- Inspection: verify complete coverage and a firm, transparent bond.
- Rework: gently separate bonded parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
