- Surface preparation: clean the plastic surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants for maximum adhesion.
- Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the bonding area.
- Assembly: position and join the parts, pressing to spread the adhesive and removing any excess before curing.
- UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 700 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
- Inspection: verify a uniform bond with a clean, surface dry finish and no bubbles.
- Rework: gently separate bonded parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
