1. Rubber cavity and outlet cone sleeve:
The rubber cavity and discharging cone sleeve are made of anti-bonding material, which will not bond under normal circumstances, but the rotor body and discharging cone sleeve should be opened at the end of each shift to check whether there is material deposition and clean up.
2. Metering pump:
1) Check whether the pump body has abnormal vibration, noise or heat before spraying each shift. Pump output flow is normal, no liquid leakage.
2) The lubricating oil in the transmission box will be replaced for the first time after running for 500 hours, and will be replaced once a year after that.
3) The diaphragm shall be checked once a month, and the new diaphragm shall be replaced in case of deformation, wear and corrosion.
