Production Process
  1. Crushing and Screening: After all raw materials are crushed by the crusher, they are filtered through a sieve with the appropriate mesh size. Powder that meets the requirements passes through the sieve and enters the drying drum; powder that does not meet the requirements continues to be crushed in the crushing chamber.
  2. Drying: The hot air and flue gas generated by the hot air furnace pass through the fire grid. The high-temperature hot air and flue gas are thoroughly mixed with the raw material powder from the crusher in the drying drum, heating and drying the raw materials.
  3. Pressing and Molding: The semi-finished dry materials in the standby room are conveyed directly to the molding machine via a screw conveyor for molding. Based on customer needs, a biomass pelletizer is equipped to produce pellets of varying specifications.
  4. Cooling: Due to the high pressure and temperature of the newly formed products, they are conveyed to a cooling tower via a bucket chain conveyor for cooling. Natural air cooling is primarily used during this process.
