- Water-cooled barrel suitable for various materials including corn, rice, wheat flour and starch

Detailed System Components
- Raw material pretreatment system: Grinder and screener for ultra-fine grinding (80 mesh+) and impurity removal
- Mixer: Twin-shaft paddle mixer with ≤5% variation coefficient and temperature control below 40°C
- Conditioner: Steam heating at 85-90°C for 20-30 seconds for starch gelatinization
- Extruder: Low-shear screw design with density control at 0.3-0.5g/cm³
- Drying and Cooling System: Multi-layer belt dryer with staged temperature control (60°C → 50°C → 40°C) to ≤10% moisture content
