poultry, cattle, sheep and horse feed pellet production line
A horse feed pellet production line is an integrated system that processes raw feed ingredients into dense, uniformly shaped pellets. The general process involves raw material reception and cleaning, crushing, mixing, pelletizing with steam, cooling, screening, and finally packaging. This line transforms ingredients like grains, meals, and forages into a complete, balanced, and easy-to-handle feed.

First, we need to batch the ingredients, which requires a silo. After cleaning, the various raw materials are separated into their respective silos. After being batched, the ingredients enter the silo and proceed to the crushing stage.
This requires a pulverizer. The crushed materials are fed into the pulverizer for pulverization. Because multiple raw materials are crushed together, the particle size is more uniform, and high-fat raw materials can also be crushed together. Grouped pulverization offers the following advantages: cost savings, easier grinding of multiple materials than a single material, easier adjustment of the fineness, and less chance of accumulation in the silo.
Mixing: After the raw materials are crushed, they can be directly fed into the blender for mixing. Meanwhile, various trace elements, minerals, oils, and molasses are added as needed.
Pelletizing: In the pelletizing stage, the prepared raw materials are fed into the pellet machine, and the pelletizing process begins. The uniformly mixed feed ingredients are tempered and pressed into pellets by the pelletizer's high-temperature steam and intense extrusion. The pellets are then cooled, crushed, and screened to form the finished feed pellets.
