Large-scale Fully Automatic Feed Pellet Production Line for Poultry Farms
The feed pellet machine is mainly composed of feeder, modulator, pelleting machine, lubrication system etc. The operation procedure requires the degree of the material mixed with powder should be not over 15 %. The material enters into the feeding auger through the stock bin. By adjusting the step-less speed regulating motor to change the speed, the material can flow moderately. Then the tempering begins through the paddle agitator mixing with the steam. After the tempering, the temperature of the material can be 64¡æ to 84¡æ, and the humidity can be 14% to 16%. At last, the material enters into the pressing box to be pelletized through the chute.

Production Process
The raw materials are first conveyed by a conveyor to a screening machine for preliminary screening. Next, a standard dryer dries the raw materials to remove moisture (this step can be omitted if the raw materials have an appropriate moisture content). The dried raw materials are conveyed by an elevator to a scraper conveyor and then to a pelletizing bin. The pelletizer then forms pellets, which are then discharged via a pellet delivery conveyor (skirt belt conveyor). Finally, the pellets are cooled in a cooler before being packaged.
Auxiliary Equipment
The production process requires an electronic control system, along with a main unit cooling system and a cooler air grid to ensure stable operation. Furthermore, to ensure product quality, an iron removal system is installed to remove impurities from the raw materials.
